It says that Las Vegas is #1 in pop. growth for cities with 1 million people or more, is this true? Do you guys see that happening?

Maybe 3 months is not enough time, and I am still in the 'Honeymoon period' ???

My bills have been MONSTER low (electric, gas, taxes, insurance)
Every single contractor I have hired, has been timely, considerate, thoughtful did good work for a VERY (sometimes too cheap!) price!!

My neighbors have been helpful, and friendly

My Mail delivery person, my UPS driver, the sanitation workers, even the Mexicans who put the 200 lbs of fliers in my mailbox every Wednesday have been great!

Wassup with that?
Jonathan
I've been in the honeymoon period for about 3 decades now, there just ain't no place on Earth better to live in than Las Vegas, IMO

Enjoy!

This is actually a good time to go to BWI and to DC. Nothing in Las Vegas can match the DC cherry blossoms this time of year.

The DC cherry blossoms are a sight to behold but once you've seen them, you've seen them.

For some. But I enjoyed them every Spring when I lived back East. It never got old for me. I also enjoy driving South on I-5 near the old Rainier Brewery in Seattle and seeing Mt. Rainier majestically tower over the horizon. Or get up early to catch the sunrise at Haleakala when visiting Maui. Or stepping out on the balcony at the Signature and seeing the bright lights of the Strip. But that's just me.
