Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

you can try Salvation army, Goodwill and other thrift stores. You be surprized with the quality of merch and designers brands that are cheap. Also you can try Target, Walmart or the designer outlets.

I'd go with Nordstrom Rack and Saks off 5th, but it still may be a bit more than "cheap." For cheap you need to go to discount type department stores: Kohls, Mervyns, etc.

Try downtown LA in the garment district. You can pick up a quality suit for a cheap price. Actuall, if you are closer to hollywood, I've driven by this place many times.

Hollywood Suit Outlet (http://www.hollywoodsuitoutlet.com/category_s/96.html - broken link)

No idea where to get one on such short a notice in Vegas.

I usually buy 3-4 each time I visit Thailand. Can get a tailor made silk one (cotton is actually an import there and more expensive) for around $80-100. Think I own like 25 of them now and just wear them for nights out as my job does not even require one.
