Hello All!
Currently living in UT. We want out ASAP...Can someone tell us what's up with the subdivision MOUNTAINS EDGE? Been checking it out. Is it mostly families or retirees living there? Lot of rentals? Also been looking in Henderson. How is it living there nowadays? Thanks for your time and input.

Ton of foreclosures is more like it. So bargain hunters galore now. Like a lot of areas in Vegas you really can't say what the area will be like until it settles into a more normal housing market. For now you'll probably find a lot of renters and many many vacant homes. Amazing thing is with all the inventory of foreclosures the builders still bang out new houses and I get emails talking about what great deals they are all the time.
