Howdy again. I'm looking for breakfast recommendations in Southeast Henderson near Horizon/Horizon Ridge, off Boulder Hwy works too. Essentially, I'm getting off work at 5am every day for a solid month and want a nice little place to have a diner style meal on my way home (heading N on 515 from Searchlight) preferably locally owned and not a chain.

Wants;
open at 5 am
not a chain
good specials
nice folks
doesn't have to be just breakfast

Doesn't matter to me if it's inside a casino. In fact, I'd love it if anyone knows a good spot inside one of the old school casinos in the area. Tried Railroad Pass last night, I'd eat there again, but it inspired me to ask if there are other spots worth trying.

Thanks everyone.

The Rainbow Club & Casino on Water St. in downtown Henderson has good diner food. The Half Shell at the intersection of Horizon and Horizon Ridge has good food, but I've only had dinner there, so I can't vouch for the breakfast. However, dinner was quite good, it was above-average for tavern food.

Also on Water Street, next to the Rainbow Club is the Eldorado Casino, which advertises a $1.89 breakfast, which I've not eaten, but gets generally good reviews online.

You might check the hours at Rainbow Club and Eldorado, I'm not sure if the restaurants are open at 5 AM.

Remedy's Bar off Wagonwheel and 95 had a surprisingly good breakfast when I ate there about a month ago.

Omelet House on Boulder Highway near Lake Mead is a Henderson breakfast staple.

The Coffee Cup in Boulder City is pretty good if you want to venture up there.

Blueberry Hill is my personal fav, but that's in GV off GV Pkwy and Sunset.

Not too much else comes to mind.

5 am is rough. Your options may only be the casinos and chains like IHOP/Dennys

Try the Fiesta casino on the 95/Lake Mead
