No, I actually haven't gone to see the house yet. I didn't want to go and fall in love with it even more if there was no potential for business. It sounds to be too rural which is probably why the people had bought it as a "get away" vacation spot. So, I'll switch my efforts back to the property in Crossville. That area and the property seems to be much more in need and accessible to what I would like to offer.

(I know, I might have hated it when I actually saw it also. I would have visited before buying if there had been potential for business and then made a decision from there. But why take the time and (for everyone involved) if I can't make it work, so I thought I'd check on the business opportunities first.....sadly, they seem slim.)

Thanks for the thought tho.

Hey Flyinglead2, as most posters have stated, you will not see that much buisness in Scott co, and your best bet , is to look at West Knox county, as lots of needs for dog groomers, and plenty of competition for horse boarding, but you window is much greater. As Barking spider asked, you can not get a real opinion of a home, just from online picts, and most of the time, pictures are soo misleading. So dont assume until you see it firsthand. Good luck, and hope you find the right area for all your choices.
