While it might be turning around, the construction market is far away from where it was a few years ago. It used to be almost impossible to drive thru new s/d's when they were building because there were so many cars and trucks in the streets. Now I drive into one and the only house that had any activity is the one I am inspecting. Like i said, it is picking up though.
