my husband and i are wanting to move to tenn in june 2013 we are wanting to know the rent for a 2 bedroom apt house or trailer would like to know how is the town with crime. we know that the jobs that we do will not be a problem so if someone could help that would be great

The crime rate is almost non existent in Maryville. The "bad" section of Maryville would be considered good in some areas. Be smart, lock your doors and don't ask for crime to find you and you will be fine.
I am sorry, I don't know about renting. Check Craigslist Knoxville and realtor rental sites for ideas. Good luck!
