I love KC's skyline! My favorite is the one with Union Station in the front.

It's a lot better than Orlando's skyline...

@bzoller: That first skyline picture of KC at night looks VERY much like Pittsburgh. It's scary.

One Kansas City Place - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

There would have been 2 buildings even taller the One Kansas City place (which is the tallest structure in MO)

Anyways I think KC def has one of the better skylines in the midwest, after Chicago/Detriot... and a nice big skyline in general... from my travels many cities have pretty small and relatively boring skylines.
Incorrect. Tallest occupied structure but not the tallest structure. Many TV towers are much taller as is the Arch at 630ft.

And I think both sides of MO need need taller buildings in general, our skylines lag behind many other cities with a similar sized population. I wish the McGowan Tower would get built, 1000 FT would sure look nice.

Like the tower in this photo

Even from the plaza, it's huge.

I'll go with average, but then I grew up in Chicago, which I think has one of the most beautiful skylines in America.

On my exit off the interstate and to my house I have an awesome but distant view of the city. Ill take a picture and post it. It looks awesome (in my opinion). It is distant so you see buildings and trees. In the fall it looks amazing.
