Yes!

If funding is coming up short, I wonder if they would be willing to propose a Phase II that stops in Westport, just to keep the momentum. Then Phase III (hopefully right on its heels) could go to the Plaza and UMKC.

Also, I know the plan is for the Streetcar to go in a straight line up and down Main, with no turns. But if it's to make a loop at each end, I wonder if there are plans to have it go from UMKC, up Rockhill Road, then cut back to Main via 43rd St. This would run it right past the Nelson-Atkins, which would be a major benefit, IMO.

That's a pretty big loop and main is only a couple of blocks from the Nelson. I'm not sure how they would turn them around though, so it's a possibility.
