I have not been in years, but it is very interesting and I think it's worth the drive and the cost of tickets.

Yea, it's fun. Been a couple of times. Didn't it move to a new location?

I've heard good things about it, but can anyone share what makes it worth the cost? My work even sells discounted tickets and I still think it's expensive!

I don't know that I would pay for it. Always got free tickets. It's an ok way to kill some time with the family.

I've been to many a Renaissance Faire in my day, but haven't made it to KC's festival since moving here three years ago. Not sure why...the price is comparable to most I've attended in other states, and from the promo material, it looks to be on par with most I've been to. I think it's just the time of year...I get pretty booked up with festivals and community events in the fall. Renaissance faires have always been more of a summer thing in other places I've lived. Maybe I'll make it out this year...how's the music? That's always my favorite part.
