Whats with this Nocatee? Is this just a new town that some builder has decided to just build? Like I can just go and (with enough money) go somewhere, get some permits, and build Nancytown, complete with schools, post office, roads, and stores etc? Will it have its own zip code?
Im amazed- is this really what this is? A whole new town just rising up out of the ground right next to Ponte Vedra? How do the local residents feel about this? I dont know if I would like that very much- Is there really like 20,000 people coming to this town? Can someone explain this to me? It sounds just too big! A new town? Im perplexed...Is this a common thing in Fla? (Ive never heard of this)
Oh, and while your at it, can you please tell me if Palencia is a similar thing or is it just a development with a nice clubhouse and strip mall attached. grin. I think I might be able to afford a house in Palencia and it looks too nice for the price. Is it the distance from Jax that makes it less? What else is wrong with it?
