HI
Now that the dust has hopefully settled in the RE market in Fl, somewhat
I was wondering if I could get updated info on Palencia.
I know there were a lot of foreclosures in there...and I think the builder went bankrupt in one part.
I know there are CDD fees in there...
so here are my questions
1. has anyone purchased in there? and how do you feel about it
2. is the HOA in OK shape and how would I find out ( I like to research
3. Any idea what is going to happen to the ones that are not finished cause they look kinda ugly.
4. CDD fees....are they a bond that gets paid off after 30 years...because that's what I read
My son is looking for a condo...and he found some in there that are very affordable. We crunched the CDD and HOA numbers and it was doable.
He liked the covered parking and clearly the amennitties.
He is young and not married.
I would really appreciate your thoughts.
