We are! We like it a lot, but most of the streets after the rotary are tight and the houses are really close. That's our only complaint. The amenities are amazing. The school system is great also. Wards Creek Elementary is going for their Lighthouse award which will make them 1 in 28 schools in the WORLD! Are you considering moving here?

Yes. I will be relocating from NJ and we are currently looking at all the neighborhoods in St. Johns county. There are quite a few to consider so I'm just trying to get as much information about each one as possible. Thanks for your input.

Do your self a favor check out Murabella. Also stay away from Heritage Park. Nice development not a nice area. There are 89 sex offenders within 5 miles also a jail and the sheriffs office.

Thanks for the info. When I was down in June I looked at Murabella and loved it. My husband was not with me at the time and I was only there for a short time so didn't see too many developments. I plan to return to Murabella this trip for my husband to see it. Thanks for the tip on Heritage Park. Not sure where that is but will make a not to stay away.

As a resident I have to defend Heritage Park. We have many police officers who live here with families Never felt safer!

IMO ... Basing a decision on one persons opinion/comment in a public forum is rather shortsighted. Do some research on your own and make an thouroughly informed decision.
