Went there this AM for breakfast. Menu lools like they are a "health food" type restaurant, which isn't bad, just not our thing. However, we were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area which is very visable when walking thru the dining room area. Went to the one off of Butler.

First watch isn't "Health Food" per se... it is though, healthier food than most greasy spoon's. Also more expensive too.

Guess when someone puts it that way, we do like the "less that healthy" type of foods. And, yes it was somewhat expensive, but we got one breakfast and shared it.

We go to the one in Jax Beach often. Its close to our house, easy to get to, and always very good.

IMO the Metro Diner @ 3302 Hendricks Ave is better, but I have yet to try the Mandarin Metro Diner location @ 12807 San Jose Blvd, but it's probably better also.
