For the third consecutive year, St. Johns County schools have been ranked the number one district in the State of Florida.

Newsweek Magazine ranks the top 500 schools in the Country each year. Congratulations to Creekside High School for making the list this year at number 257! Not bad for a brand new school!

Also should mention that while Duval overall doesn't have good schools, Stanton ranked number 4! Of course, it's a magnet school. But if your child gets in...wow! Number 4 in the Country!

Did you click on the link? It did not take me to how St. Johns County was ranked. It took me to a Newsweek article about the top rated schools in the country.

I was trying to make it easy for him...Do teachers have to qualify to teach at magnet schools? Maybe that's why he's so against them.

I think you are mis-understanding what I asked. I was not asking about the top 500 schools. That's what the link was about.
