Ever wonder how they found the Boston bombers in just a few days ?
If you ever wondered why drones are so successful in hitting the right target, this will explain all.
Hard to disappear in a crowd. The Feds can see you everywhere.
Pick on a small part of the crowd and click a couple of times -- wait -- click a few more times and see how clear each individual face will become each time.
This picture was taken with a 70,000 x 30,000 pixel camera (2100 Mega Pixels.) These cameras are not sold to the public and are being installed in strategic locations. The camera can identify a face among a multitude of people. Place your computer’s cursor in the mass of people and double-click a couple times. Scary sharp!! George Orwell must be smiling somewhere out there.

It's a panoramic picture that is made up of 216 different pictures taken over a 15 minute time span, and put back together with software.
It's not hard at all to find the spots where the images were stitched, and parts of people blend suddenly into parts of other people (where the software did the stitch).

+1
A few detailed pictures doesn't mean the government is photographing us and watching our movements. Those cameras are few and far between, and the government doesn't have the manpower or resources to filter through pictures and label people to track them. As for the Boston bombers, they watched who was in the area carrying a backpack and went from there. I remember them asking the public to identify the people, which meant they didn't have that capability.

I apologize for that, Skunk Workz, I'm not all that internet savvy and I really believed this site was what I perceived it to be. *sigh* Live and learn, I guess, eh? I got excited over nothing, not the first time that it happened, either. I imagine that I should apply whatever street smarts I have to computer smarts, too.
