Here's an easy way to access an online keyboard for an alphabet other than the Roman alphabet.

Go to http://translate.google.com/ and choose, say, Greek, as the "translate from" language. At the bottom of the left window, click the little Down arrow, and you can choose the bottom icon which gives you a Greek keyboard. Then, just type your text mousing the onscreen Greek keyboard (ςερτυθιοπ), and Copy/Paste the text as it appears in the window you have just entered the text in.

Works for lots of languages:

Thai ๆไำพะัีรนยบลฃ
Kannada ೌೈಾೀೂಹಗದಜಡ
Serbian Cyrillic љњертзуиопшђ
Korean ㅂㅈㄷㄱ쇼ㅕㅑㅐㅔ
But not Chinese.

Over on the right, select English, and it will show you the alphabet equivalents.

^^^ this works great for translations, but if you want a real Internet keyboard (you already know the language and need the specific alphabet to type) use this. I use it for Russian and German.

If you just want a quick access to letters/characters from different alphabets, you can also use Windows own Character Map utility:

You can look a website from a point of time that you choose.
Note: they are still little behind in its archiving task. So sometimes it's hard to find old snapshots of sites.
