Louisville is not a POS. You can't blanket an entire city in such loose, harsh and over zealous terms. POS? IT's a city of over 1 million people, it has plenty to offer.

One thing I do know Louisville is famous for is the LARGEST fireworks display of ANY city in the entire country. They launch them off of the bridge crossing the Ohio River.

However, this thread is about Indianapolis and does not concern Louisville, so let's keep our focus on Indianapolis from here on out.

I figured that was part of it which is why I didn't say any more than I did about it, but I have a problem with people purposefully spreading misinformation and there's already such a problem with trolls on this site. And that includes both the extremely positive and negative biases you see.

True. Trolling is actually worthy of an infraction. People need to lose the sarcasm and stay on topic.
