Well the long awaited opening of Celtic Quest Cafe, Indiana's only eco friendly Irish cafe will be open by December. It's been a long process securing the funding and researching the different vendors in order to provide you with the best quality of coffee, food and Irish merchandise.
One thing that we are asking is what kind of coffee blends, flavors and espresso based drinks you would like to see us carry. Your input will help in determining what our regular blends and flavors will be available on a daily basis.
Please, even if you don't live in Bloomington help us out and give us your favorite blend,flavored coffees and espresso based drinks.

My vote goes for strong, dark roast coffee. Make it easy for someone to get a cup of coffee so that maybe they don't have to wait behind 5 people getting lattes or other drinks that require more time to make.
