If it were my family member, I would want to return them to the US to die in my country. Makes me wonder as to what their real motives are. The medical care in Mexico is not that horrible.

In addition to not giving a care about the cost, since they didn't have to pay for anything, the family vultures needed a reason to file a lawsuit.
