If caught and deported a 2nd time. That IS a felony. And illegals DO commit many crimes like fake SSNs.

Fake SSNs are a crime, but that has nothing to do with being in the country undocumented. Even American citizens do SS fraud.

Do you get fingerprinted and get a mugshot to go along with a nice set of shiny handcuffs to go along with your speeding ticket? I didn't think so. Handcuffs = under arrest, which means you are a criminal suspect.
