A work permit doesn't change ones status from illegal to legal. DACA has granted him deferred action, which doesn't change his status, he is still an illegal immigrant. Work authorization merely allows him to work here to survive while he is on deferred action, he is still an illegal.
Yes, and to be Perfectly Clear -

he is an

ILLEGAL ALIEN!!

Good they are raided.

Yet in places like Alabama they can't find workers to help farmers. So again, the fake outrage over jobs taking over by illegals are based in the American mentality of not moving to where the work is. If those women and men would like to work, then there is thousands of jobs in other states that need them. They just have to be willing to make a small sacrifice to get those jobs.

I sacrificed to move to another state to work.

Then please explain how Obama has the authority to alter immigration law by enacting his own version of the dream act. I'll wait.

As demonstrated you don't know what a criminal act even is.
If he's not in the country legally he's an illegal alien. 1 + 1 does = 2 no matter how hard you try to spin this.

If this guy has a S.S. number and his parents brought him here when he was a kid then where is the criminal offense on his part? Looks like he is trying to legalize himself too.

A liberal deflecting by making a reference to something that another POTUS did in the past? Color me shocked!

That's something that you don't see every minute of every day......

He's no longer 11 years old now, is he? Once he turned 18 he became responsible for himself as an adult.

Business models need to change. From your link: These are difficult, dirty, exhausting jobs that, for previous generations, were the first rickety step on the ladder to prosperity. Looks like things will be going back to what they used to be in a generation or so, kids needing to get off the video games and grow up.

Since you are looking at Ag, whats wrong with the H2A visa? An unlimited amount of visas, yet they go unused, go figure. E-Verify is actually free, it is an assumed cost for a person to input a single verification check. The process takes less then 5 minutes. The claim of $150 per employee is highly exaggerated.

why don't you move to Alabama and help them with their shortage of laborers if you're so concerned.
You point to claims made to a bill that has already been challenged and found for the most part unconstitutional. I find it funny how we really haven't heard anything about this claimed rotting since 2011. In 2012 farmers immediately changed their business models. Alabama farmers cut crops - Washington Times

I see no comment on the LE that turned out to be an illegal immigrant with phony ID.

Its nice to see that you can create faux outrage when farmers have changed their business models to not require so many workers, or they have mechanized all together, some even began using the H2A visa as they should have done all along.
