Imgine if illegals in the USA had to pay their own health care costs? They aren't pouring over the border with zero job skills, no education having the most kids because they can afford the high cost of living in this country, they are coming because everything is free for them and the anchor babies bring in all kinds of welfare handouts and they are never expected to pay a hospital bill.

The story you linked says that among ILLEGAL immigrants, only children, pregnant women and emergency cases will qualify for free treatment.

Exactly. The country saves money and discourages unlawful intruders, while still clearly maintaining a level of human empathy. Surely some horrible racists must have come up with such an idea!

But stupid. Just like the unlimited free health care the USA provides for illegals -- as long as they are only here to breed. Then once they're given the free maternity stay, it's straight to the welfare office for the food stamps, WIC, Section 8 free housing -- all that compassion is killing us and just encouraging more irresponsibility.
