It would be difficult to find an illegal that wasn't happily breaking a number of laws.

I'm actually quite tolerant. If she's gay, then any civil union she is in will not be recognized by USCIS, same as any other gay marriage. Read my posts with eyes more open to see that I am a little more equal than you think.

A law-breaker who wants to become an immigration lawyer. How ironic.

Trespass, no DL or insurance. Was she working under the table too? She's already bilked the system K-12 yet she, like most of them, are demanding more. Take take take. The implied illegal immigrant motto.

And typical of illegal aliens they don't stop taking until they are stopped by force. Deport!!

She was brought her as a CHILD, keyword CHILD. She was brought her by her parents. I don't think she needs to be suffering because she was brought here as a child. That is the thing that is upsetting me. In the rush to curb illegal immigration, cases like this happen.

It isn't punishing the "child" it is not rewarding the parents for breaking our immigration laws. The "child" and the parents can go back to their homeland where they belong.

But why punish the child?

She is no longer a child. Moreover, how is she being punished?

If she was brought here as a child, it wasn't HER choice, so her being here as a child shouldn't be something to punish.
