Respect is earned. How about showing respect for our country by obeying our laws. Note how they attempt to make this a “Latino” issue, when the real issue is massive illegal immigration. I suppose they expect us to give illegal aliens a free pass, simply because the majority of illegals are Latino.

This is utterly ridiculous. Hispanic citizens aren't being discriminated against anymore than any other ethnic group in this country. Their constant victim mentality nauseates me. Of course we know this is meant to protect their ethnic kind in this country illegally. They fool no one.

Did i here this correct, Pedge for Respect, you know Respect is something that go's like this, it is a two way higway not one. You want respect, how bout earning respect, respect is something that is earned and trust, not to be given so lighlty, you want respect, how bout the respect for our great Country, show is that. Take up respect within your own Government, who does not respect the rights of it's own citizens.

I didn't see anything about "demand" in any of the National Council of La Raza material about the pledge, in their press releases on it or the Ozomalti PSA. Did you?
