I split the difference and moved to Blackfoot. When I finish my gig overseas then I hope to find work at INL and Hiway 26 would take me straight to work. I dig that they have buses that run right in front of my house and the bus stop right on the corner in front of the LDS Chapel. Was gonna move to Ririe but too far from INL and Pocatello friends. But I like to shop and enjoy good meals so IF fits right in. Just need to jump on the Goldwing and visit with riders in either area.

Although I'm not LDS...I love my Mormon neighbors. I wasn't at the new place for 4 hours and one fellow already stopped and asked if I wanted to borrow his mower, welcomed us to the area and gave us a loaf of fresh baked bread and strawberry honey. My Dad's family has been LDS since the missionaries met with them in Australia back in the 1850's. It's really cool to see my geneology online and chart their timeline from England to Australia then to the States and Mexico. Something about the US not liking a marriage with more than one wife. LOL Grandpa had like 24 children and many many grandkids who all simple farmers (if there is really anything simple about being a farmer I reckon). But in the end, some of his family settled in Beaver, UT and Grandpa moved on to became a Mormon pioneer to AZ. But marriages to different faiths can move people to different religions...sometimes with loud reactions. Hmmm.

Anyway, I can't think of a better place to live (well looking forward to living I guess once I finish). I feel like I am finally home there and yup, it's my Private Idaho...without all the liberal junk. Did I say that? LOL Peace be with you all and Happy Turkey Day.
