Yeah... can't have anything to do with their $40,000+ price tag and everyone freakin' out 'cuz CNN says the economy sucks. Pleeeeze.

And I know many claim adjusters and I find it comical how they all think any car, other than the one they themselves drive, are pieces of crap.

Ford didn't get it's nickname by being dependable. Did I just dare knock an American icon while living in America?!?!?!

Look, Im not trying to talk sh*t about your car, im just stating the facts.
Being a "cheap" car has nothing to do with how well a car holds its value.... OK tell ya what, just for the hell of it, call up a local Hyundai dealership and tell them you are looking to sell them your car. I guarantee you will be shocked at the number they tell you.

I don't care if it was worthless, I still lost less money on that car than my other choices. I would have taken at least a $20k hit on value with some of my other choices. That was a lot more than I paid for the Hyundai. So percentage wise yes, I lost value. Dollar wise no, I came out like a champ.

Well I don't know about you but I don't buy cars to sell them again and return a huge profit. I buy them to drive them until they die and squeeze every last cent out of them to get my money's worth. News flash...cars aren't investments.
