They were shown in PowerPoint charts during the presentation and presumably will be available sometime soon. Basically, it's a 13-acre area bordered by Clinton Ave on the south, Monroe Street on the east, Holmes Ave on the north, and Pinhook Creek on the west in a roughly trapezoidal shape.

I, 100%, agree on this.. but I don't think they will move it .. downtown is going to grow in the direction of Campus 805 and down Washington, towards Oakwood.. So, maybe at some point they will..
