So spend the dollars putting in wheelchair curb cuts at street level. Just how are those wheelchair citizens supposed to get up on the ramps necessary to get onto the proposed sky bridge? New roads generate income, which generate tax revenue. I don’t see the sky bridge doing that.

Hopefully the revitalization of Joe Davis Stadium current underway will bring more developments in that area between Drake and Airport.

I've used Discount Tire in Madison on Hwy 72. They do a great job. They only do tires - not alignment, brakes, or anything else. They're not the same as Tire Discounters.

So just read on Al.com that Huntsville just annexed land across I-65 for the first time, couldn't help but laugh. Since y'all can't get I-65 through Huntsville, y'all are bringing Huntsville to I-65. I like that lol (I'm kidding of course)

The property owners request it. Most of the land east of I-65 is Huntsville anyway. Lot of industries locating in that are and Mazda/Toyota a short ride away. This will also be convenient to the new overpass being built in Decatur at Bibb Garrett and Highway 20 just west of the I-565/I-65 interchange.
Definitely growth in that area could warrant another I-65 interchange but probably 5 years plus away.
