Aren't the GE and FedEx facilities south of I565? I believe the Oasis development was planned for the southwest corner of that intersection.

Yes, they're in the SE quadrant. I don't think there's anything in the SW quadrant at this point. Maybe Oasis is still a go.

I drove down there a year or so ago just to see what was there. Didn't know FedEx had a Ground facility there, but it's huge. Lockheed looks nice too.

pretty decent looking garage there, with retail on the bottom and canopies at the sidewalk level.

The announcement was made by Crunkleton but as of April 2018 they say they don’t have info on the property and are not connected with the project..

Constellation Update:

There was a 15 month impasse that they had which was recently resolved and now things are about to start moving. No changes to design or development as of yet. Let’s keep crossing our fingers.

Well, that's good to hear. Honestly, I'll believe something will be built there when I see it. The existing hotel is quite nice though. It's just really lonely sitting there all by itself. That's got to be some really valuable land.

For the Constellation area to really be a part of downtown, there really needs to build a bridge or pedestrian walkway or something over the railroad tracks.
