We've had Att uverse and it was horrible. I had technician after technician come out to try to solve the problem but to avail, the problem persisted.

we were offered discounts, free packages and increased upload and download speeds however I declined all "free upgrades". What good does it do me if nothing works no matter what they offer for free.

I think the service one receives depends on the area, new wiring verses old.

Our experience has been almost as bad. While their customer support people on the phone are nice enough, I now have more channels than I need, their fastest internet speed and a bunch of discounts. Unfortunately I also have service that just dies on me after multiple technician visits and equipment swaps.

I've had Uverse for a year now.

Not a single problem. Cable works fine, internet is fast.

I guess my only deal is they don't offer the NFL package so I can get my Patriots every sunday.
