I see some older posts about this neighborhood, but I wanted to start a newer thread.

We are being shown a house tomorrow and I cannot find too much about this neighborhood. Is it small? (Obviously not as large as Fairfield or Bridgeland) Schools seem to get decent reviews.

I'm reading it is best to be by the golf course, instead of in the front...is this still correct?

Overall thoughts?

Thanks!

Great value, it was built by Long Lake
Good schools & community. We lived there for 4 years, nothing bad to say

I'm curious as well. The prices seem a little bit like "too good to be true".

We visited. The part we saw was nice. No complaints. It was during the day - about 10am. By the golf course. The house we saw was cute but it just wasn't for us. Plus, the property taxes are really high right now.

We ended up choosing the perfect home for us in an older, more established area, which is what we wanted to start with. We couldn't be happier.

But there is nothing wrong with this neighborhood as far as I could tell! : )
