The news kept saying The Woodlands, although it was really Timberlakes/Timberidge, which is not The Woodlands, that got flooded(they always get flooded), and an area off Budde Rd, which is not The Woodlands. In a nut shell, The Woodlands was fine, including Alden Bridge.

That's correct, quite a few restaurants had water damage.

Budde Rd is in the Woodlands, it forms the border. There were quite a few areas in the Woodlands that flooded yesterday, the media was 100% correct in saying that there was flooding in the Woodlands.

Hughes Landing. Lake Woodlands overflowed.

From what driving I have done in Woodlands things are mostly ok. This is in Sterling Ridge, Alden Bridge, Indian Springs area.

One restaurant was closed, the rest where all.opened. I was there. That one is now opened. Unless you see something for yourself, I would not trust the media much with information.
