That post of mine (which was from April 19th) = only correcting TheMoreYouKnow's assertions that Budde Road is in The Woodlands (it isn't), and that it forms part of the border of The Woodlands (it doesn't)....nothing else. Nothing about Harris County, as all of Budde Road is in Montgomery County.

I am not defending The Woodlands like it is a magical place. I was simply stating that the media( who is not always correct, even though some take their word as gospel) was incorrect when stating certain areas were The Woodlands, when they were, in fact, not. I would also like to add that many on this forum think that the area they live in is best. Not once do I put down someone for living in The Heights, or any other place., for that matter. And , surely wouldn't throw it is others faces the devestation that they are experiencing. Even when someone asks, " I work in The Woodlands, where should I live?" And some on this forum say, " Midtown, or The Heights, because, you don't want to live where it is white and boring." Then, I the next breath, they say, "live close to where you work." (As long as it is not a suburb.
