When I say fresh, really fresh I mean fish is caught the same day I am buying

I used to work in UTMB office in Galveston and next to the building there were fish stores on the shore. But those fish were frozen. No fresh

And then I went to the stores under the Clear Lake bridge. There were several shops there but all fish were frozen also.

So I am looking for fresh fish. It does not have to be commercially caught, it can be caught by individuals on the shore. Is there such a place in or around Houston?

Asian supermarkets usually have a fish tank in their seafood department.

Two places I always go and they always have fresh fish:

1) Kemah/Seabrook waterfront on Galveston Bay - mostly Vietnamese shrimpers and fisherman bring their bounty of the sea packed on ice for quick sale at numerous little (and a few big) shops. Kemah is mainly now commercialized chain restaurants and amusement park but Seabrook still has many of the little shops.

2) Bellaire Blvd ChinaTown - many of the grocery stores, small supermarkets have big tanks with fish or lobster for selection of live critters. The core area is along Bellaire Blvd (a little slop-over to parallel Harwin) from Gessner to Cook Road in Sharpstown and Alief.

Can you tell me where in Seabrook they are located exactly?

I hope you don't mean under the bridge. I went there several times only to find frozen fish.

I went to all supermarkets there, all frozen and 99% farmed...

I want the opposite, fresh and wild.
