How is this even a question?

1. Property value - has the potential to go up way more in SB then League City

2. Your poor sap of a husband is stuck in traffic for 3 hours a day. If I were him and my family were "contemplating" the move, I would be depressed. Don't you think that 3 hours could be more beneficial spending it with his wife and kids? Time is the most precious asset we all have in our lives. You can never get it back. This guy is wasting 25% of his life every day sitting in traffic.

3. Schools - you are really splitting hairs here. This is public school we are talking about. My wife and I both went to public school in the hood and I was a national merit semi finalist with a full ride to a top private u I and my wife is an MD. If you want to really be serious about school send them to a top private. Upbringing, work ethic, raw intelligence are most of the equation.

4. Demographic - what "lifestyle" are you into. I'm curious? I'm non religious but have plenty of Christian friends that still like to do the things I do. Their religion doesn't get in the way of our friendship.
