Speaking of HOA, every freaking time I visit the community I alway see the same house on the corner with two trash cans sitting in front of the garage. I've wondered if the HOA will ever make them pull the cans behind the fence or inside the garage lol.

Yes. You need to take a picture and send that with the address to the HOA.
