Both are solid. As always, it depends on your job location, as to if they are good choices.

Thanks. I am trying to find somewhere to move to in retirement. I am interested in metropolitan area with a warm winter, a major airport (to get away during the hot summer) and good health care facilities (and no sinkhole). Houston seems like one of the areas that fit the bill.

Also just notice you are in the real estate business. As a retiree, I do not have years upon years to ride out housing market down turns, unlike a young family starting out. Are the Kingwood/Atascocita area an easy area to sell back out if you keep the house well maintained ? ( I know the future, 15 years or so out, is hard to predict! but would appreciate people who have more insight because they are in that business)
