This is Texas. Percentage of white population is going down and hispanics moving way up.
This is all natural. Whites don't have kids as much as hispanics so in the future we will be all mexican descent

Trader Joe's would be a huge success in Sugar Land - they'll probably eventually open one there. What is so bad about a Fiesta? I'm not familiar with that brand.

There must be a demand for it or else they wouldn't be building one there. I don't see the harm. Sugar Land will continue to be one of the most desirable suburbs to live in because of the good schools and beautiful homes as well as abundant shopping.

I have stopped at the Fiesta in Katy on Mason before, and never had a problem. Got some great bakery items and some produce all for good prices. Never felt unsafe or out of place or anything.
