Seems odd on the surface to pay for something like this, but if you are planning to spend a bunch of $ on a new home or remodel - - a drop in the bucket. With the sprawl of Houston, one-stop-shopping (or just looking) has its appeal.

yeh, i think the fact that you can purchase whatever they showcase is pretty cool.....i can't tell you how many times the sales rep at a home builder didn't know where the paintings came from or the furniture because they weren't involved in the decoration of the model home...

Houston mentality...
"If we can't charge people at least $10/person.... is not worthy building it"

I guarantee that when San Antonio's Riverwalk was built, they were thinking about charging people $10/person (whatever it was back then)

The website has conflicting information. The picture says it's off I-10 but it's off I-45.

It's off I-45 North heading towards Spring/The Woodlands. It's literally right across the freeway from me. And btw not a "theme park" I care to visit.
