Wow, that looks nice. I always thought I would not enjoy working in a "campus park" type environment vs say your typical highrise downtown. But that places actually looks really nice.

When this is finished, do you know if they plan to close the complex on I-10 around Eldridge?

Looks great. That thing is going to create so many jobs not related to exxon. I image about a couple hundred restaurant workers, store workers should be well represented too. Hotel workers, .apart from the thousands of exxon workers i imagine there will be about 5000 non exxon jobs will be created. Both spring and the woodlands have changed so rapidly that if you have not been in the last 10 years you won't recognize the area. This will push this further.

Montgomery county is quickly becoming a core county.

There seems to be some construction going on on the NW corner of I-45 and FM2920, which is 1/2 mile South of there.
Not construction, but a huge piece of land that is cleared.

It will likely be sold to another big company. Maybe BP?

That's a bummer for all the people who live close to their office now, but soon will have to drive 30 or so miles to work.

If you ask some people around here .... "All they have to do, is move"

Someone posted a couple of months ago that an Aldi's is going in across from the new HEB. Don't know if it's there. That piece being cleared is big.
