Aldi's is across the street from HEB
I'm talking about a huge piece of land that would fit a small mall.

How is this different from any other city. If I live and work in Burbank and lost my job and now have a job in Irvine, guess what I gotta do? MOVE! Or I can drive two hours each way every day from Burbank to Irvine. Those are your two choices. No different here then anywhere else. Some people actually lose their job and NY and move to, get this, CA! All the way across the country. They have to move to. Funny how that works.

A lot of people won't move, they will just do the commute. They've established themselves in communities Ian's schools and will stay put.

My brother lives in League City - he likes his kids' schools, family church, lifestyle, etc. so he plans to just make the commute.
