I recently noticed a for sale sign for this large lot that has been vacant for a few years. This was the site of the old steel forge and train tracks. It looked like they had been doing some soil testing and had been rumored to be under contract by residential developers. I'm curious if it's now being sold as commercial land? Does anyone have any insight to this space?
