Anyone else see Endeavour this morning piggy-backing on the 747? We saw it around 7:15AM as we were on 288 North just short of downtown. It was too low to get a photo, but it was WAY cool to see. As a side note, what was that umbilical-looking thing hanging off the bottom of the 747?

Just sayin'...

Ronnie

The thing flew over my house and woke me up. I thought Katy got bombed by the Germans and then remembered the shuttle. That boom is probably what the Concorde sounded like.

Saw it but did not have time to get a camera I believe some other people did. My son was dancing up and down saying cool I have to say thank you it was something for my son to talk about for a while. My other two still remember 7 yrs ago when in MI Blue Angel buzzed our house their and waved to them on the ground. It is a memory not long forgotten and they can do that anytime for me!

Wish a strong wind had blown it off while they were over the Astrodome. That's our shuttle!
