We are going to the Kelly Clarkson tonight at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillion, Woodlands. When I looked at the map, it seems these free parking lots are kind of far from the pavillion. However, there is a parking lot just across Lake Robbin Dr where the HEB and Cinemark are at. This one is much closer I believe. Question is is this a public parking lot? Is parking allowed for Pavillion events?

It is not a public parking lot. Parking is not allowed unless you are going to the HEB or Cinemark. The parking near the pavilion is not that far and they have direct walking paths to the pavilion. Just make sure you remember what color lot you parked in and then follow the signs when the show is over to get back to your car! Have fun!

Go early and park in the lot right across from it. I think you can pre-purchase the parking pass.

If you park in the HEB lot, you quite possibly will get towed. There are people who are on the rooftops of the building making sure no one parks there.

Not sure, but the businesses in Market Street are happy because their customers have a place to park. I always thought the parking situation at the pavillion was not thought out very well...

I parked at the lots for Market Street. But I parked, went into a couple of stores, walked out and then walked over to the pavilion just to give the appearance of patronizing the shops.

Last week I went to see Poison and Def Leppard, purchased the parking option with ticket master, it was only $15 for the whole event and got to park in the Gold Parking Lot, which was really close to the Pavilion.
