But of course and thanks for sharing. I moved to Sugar Land 21 years ago and still loving it. During the 21 years I was an expat all over the world including Asia, Europe, Africa but always called Sugar Land my home and always kept coming back here. Always had a house in Sugar Land even during my expat days. My kids are born here as well. Is home sweet home :-)

Guarantee this will get the haters to come out a hatin', and bring up old isolated crime incidents as if they're typical.

Houston could really take some pointers from Sugar Land. At least certain parts of Houston. And I say this because I like Houston and want to see it improve.

Sugar Land is a little city. One that happens to be a suburb of Houston. Cities can look at what other cities have done well, though yes, I understand there is a large size difference and issues that come along with that.

I am happy to see Sugar Land get some good publicity. My family has lived here since 2008 and we enjoy it.

I still haven't made my way out to Sugar Land since I moved here. Good to hear though.

You aren't really missing anything, but it is certainly one of the nicest suburbs in the entire South Central US.

Photo #4 has me swooning, I see a walkable town square area, I see that the people in the photo are NOT wearing coats although there are Christmas decorations, and I see a Ben and Jerry's ice cream shop in the background. Sign me up!!!
