I don't know who he/she/or they are but goats presence is felt all over the city. I see goat graffiti tags all over the city. On freeways on north-45 all the way in northwest Houston to midtown and areas in between. Whoever goat is, there leaving an impact on the cities subculture scene at least.

The ones on the 290 HOV overpass are re tagged like the next day after they have been painted over. Makes me want to stake the places out with a bunch of paintball guns and blast the @#$%^&. They may get hurt crossing the freeway one of these days............

Lol@bluelion. What I don't understand is how do they get up so high off 45 to tag some of these areas? I mean it's really intriguing to me.

^^Especially not to be seen by anyone? There's traffic at all hours.
I hate graffiti. I like it as an artform if done in a museum or etc. I know, I know, that's the whole point of graffiti, but I really hate anything defacing the city, including those billboards along the highways.

HAHA. While this matter is not a laughing issue....Im dying because I know exactly who runs with that moniker and Im hearing about this from mutiple sources who come in contact with him all the way here in SA. I hear the local taggers out there are disrespected by his actions and honestly it's nothing that surprises me coming from this particular person.

Gotta love the graffiti going down I-45 into downtown,
it says something stupid like "Be yourself"
