I don't know who he/she/or they are but goats presence is felt all over the city. I see goat graffiti tags all over the city. On freeways on north-45 all the way in northwest Houston to midtown and areas in between. Whoever goat is, there leaving an impact on the cities subculture scene at least.

The ones on the 290 HOV overpass are re tagged like the next day after they have been painted over. Makes me want to stake the places out with a bunch of paintball guns and blast the @#$%^&. They may get hurt crossing the freeway one of these days............

HAHA. While this matter is not a laughing issue....Im dying because I know exactly who runs with that moniker and Im hearing about this from mutiple sources who come in contact with him all the way here in SA.
