I once had a flying roach in my hair! yuck. Many years ago, my mom had taken down the window screens to wash them and the bed headboard was against the window. Windows were opened at night and the crazy roach got in my hair. I remember this as if it happened yesterday. I now have my bed as far away from windows. Keep windows with screens and rarely open them. That and a good pest control service.

We were invaded by them almost 3 weeks ago along with those annoying mosquito hawks. Talk about early! I hate both of those bugs - one flies into everyone & everything and then lands on its back in confusion while the other congregates and dies all over the place.

ive been doing some gardening and i'm digging up a bunch of their larva (which is the grossest of larva which are all gross to begin with). not enough to say it's an infestation but enough to worry about them eating up my plant roots. i've read junebugs will be bad in the years to come because of the drought.
