Electricity... they are all the same... we have had 4 in the past 5 years and it's the same thing. One time we had a problem with our power and they told us to call centerpoint, which is the provider. If by better you mean cheaper, go to powertochose.org and get the cheapest one.... that's what I have done in the past 4 years...

I've been using Reliant for my electricity since 1980 (before it was Reliant). I know most people shop around regularly for lower prices but I like Reliant enough that the small difference in price occasionally isnt worth all the hassle of changing providers. And Reliant offers a free Home Energy Audit which is awesome.
