Does anybody have an experience with Newmark homes in Sugar Land(Riverstone area),are they good builders? Give me your advice please

We built our Newmark home last year and are pleased with the quality and construction so far. We had 1 or 2 warranty items that they took care of very quickly. We decided to go with Newmark over Perry because they were more flexible in their designs. Their flexibility was hard to find with other builders. We also looked at Westin and Meritage, but at the end of the day, preferred the Sugar Land address. Good luck.

I thought Newmark went out of business in Houston?

The original founder and president of Newmark Homes Houston purchased the Newmark Homes brand from TOUSA, Inc. We had a chance to meet them at one of the design center open houses. Check out the link below:

Thanks. They disappeared from all the new neighborhoods around here around the same time so I thought they went under.

As with any new home, pay close attention to the crews or supervisor working your neighborhood. That will be the key difference in your home.
